Sushant (I'm assuming the owner) was efficient with responding to my messages until he got the payment for my order, after that the service was absolute shit!
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and ONLY because I had ordered from them in 2016 and had no issues, also loved my shoes (gold heritage).
I live in Canada and I had messaged Sushant on WhatsApp regarding shipping timeframe. I needed the order by a certain date and would not have placed the order if it wasn't going to arrive in time for the wedding I was attending. He assured me I'd get my order within a few days and definitely in time for my event. I sent a bank transfer which was going to take 5 days to deposit. He said he'd ship the order the day after he received my payment, which was August 1st. After that I did not hear back from him regarding the tracking details. I followed up 5 days later to see what the status was. He responded a day after that and said he would check and update me in the morning. I did not hear back from him but got a text from DHL with the shipping details on Aug 9th. It stated the arrival date as Aug 14th. I needed the shoes for Aug. 10/11.
I messaged him asking why they were dispatched way later than he had stated. According to DHL the items were picked up from him on Aug 9th so he didn't dispatch the until 8 days after he received payment. When I asked him about it, he made excuses and said they were dispatched in time but there's been heavy rain and it could be held up in customs. I called DHL and they clearly said that was false and the package was picked up on Aug 9th and not Aug 2nd from Sushant.
Here's the kicker, I get my package on the 13th of Aug, which was already too late and one pair (the Jasmine) looked awful and was missing most of the stones. There is sticky glue in all the spots the stones are supposed to be. The missing stones weren't in the bag where they could have fallen off in transit, they were never applied. I messaged Sushant on WhatsApp and Dm'd on IG with pictures and video as soon as I got my package. He has completey ignored all my messages. I am appalled at this kind of customer service and product quality. I would be so embarrassed to send out a product like that to a customer. They will be going straight in the garbage and I will never order from them again nor recommend to anyone. If you want to rip people off for their money, just start a charity for yourself instead of being in the business of customer service.
