Refund policy
We offer Refund in the following two situations:
1. You have received incorrect product(s)
2. You have received damaged product(s)
In both the cases, you must send us an unboxing video of the parcel within 48 hours of receiving it at
3. Once we received all the right data from you - we initiate the pickup for your return order.
4. Refund will be initiated within 7 days - After we received the product!
